Kristi has over 20 years in the healthcare industry with expertise in building new businesses, launching new technologies, and managing businesses. Many of those years were spent with Cardinal Health, where she developed her leadership approach through high-profile positions as head of mergers and acquisitions integration, as a supply chain leader, and as a general management executive. Kristi managed the integration of over $4B in acquired companies to effectively integrate business operations and achieve committed results while also managing over $2B in divestitures. Additionally, she led a $58M+ pharmaceutical business and a $70M+ animal health business with full responsibilities for the financials, operational performance, sales execution, and go-to-market strategy.
Kristi has a strong track record of successfully building organizations, growing revenue, turning around operations, and enabling business strategies. Her leadership and experience allow the companies that she works with to fulfill their visions and achieve their desired strategic and operational business objectives.
Kristi holds a bachelor’s from Ohio University with a dual major in Management Information Systems and Marketing.
